Vestry

The vestry is made up of 10 people: Two co-wardens (one-year term, with a max of six years), a Treasurer (one-year appointment with no term limits), a Clerk (one-year term), and six other vestrypersons (3 year term). The Wardens, a Treasurer, A Clerk, and one-third of vestrypersons are elected each year at the annual meeting. The Vestry operates as a commission system where each member has responsibility for an area of ministry in the parish or serves as a liaison to a specific committee. Currently the Vestry meets once a month for approximately 3 hours. The Co-wardens facilitate the meeting discussions, allowing the Rector to take full part in all of the discussion.
