Creating Community in the Time of COVID-19

At the direction of our Bishops, we will be meeting online and by phone, with no physical gathering in our beloved church building. This is in light of the novel coronavirus pandemic, and our commitment to nurture the physical as well as spiritual health of our community. Our Bishops have advised us to plan to meet this way through at least May. If there are ways we can help you adjust to this change, please let us know.

Our offerings for Palm Sunday, April 5th

10am Music & Centering — Login a few minutes early to listen to some recorded music and settle into your sacred space.

10:30am Morning Prayer —with The Rev. Isaac Everett, preaching by our own John McDargh, and joyful noise!

11:30am Coffee Hour — After worship, we’ll stay online for informal conversation and small-group fellowship with our church community.

Two ways to join us on Zoom this Sunday morning:

1. Join from your computer, tablet, or smartphone

It’s usually best to join from a computer or an iPad so that you can see people on the screen. You will also have the option to let us see you as well, and to mute and unmute yourself during our Godly Conversations time.

Click this link to join the meeting:

Note: You do not need to make a Zoom account, or pay for anything, to use this service. If this is your first time using Zoom, allow at least 10 minutes time to download the software and get settled in. For more detailed instructions, click here
2. Dial in on your phone

If you just want to listen to the service, then a phone will work just fine. You can call in from any telephone.

Dial: 1-929-205-6099
Enter the Meeting Number followed by pound key: 379 432 820 #
Dial the pound key (#) again: #

You will join the call with your microphone on mute, though we encourage everyone to read and sing along at home. At a few points we may ask everyone to read & recite together. If you would like to mute/unmute yourself, please press *6.

Have tech questions?

We know this is new to much of our community and we are on hand to help.

You can call Bernice from 9:30 – 10:15am on Sunday for help connecting to our service.
